Limestone Crusher Plant Pakistan

Pakistan has abundant mineral resources, such as coal, copper, iron ore, limestone and salt mines, and a large amount of copper ore. Limestone is mainly used in cement industry. Limestone is one of the most common types of sedimentary rocks, accounting for 10% of all sedimentary rocks in the world. It is a very versatile substance with a multitude of appearances and uses.

Limestone Crushing Operation

The feeder or screens separate large boulders from finer rocks that do not require primary crushing, thus reducing the load to the primary crusher. Jaw crusher, impact crusher, or gyratory crushers are usually used for primary size reduction. The limestone that is too large to pass through the top deck of the scalping screen is processed in the secondary crusher. Cone crushers are commonly used for secondary crushing.

Tertiary crushing is usually performed using cone crushers or other types of impactor crushers. Oversize material from the top deck of the sizing screen is fed to the tertiary crusher.

Zenith is world leading supplier and manufacturer of stone crushing machine. We developed complete series of limestone crusher plant in Pakistan. Zenith stone crusher has been world's favorite crushing plant. Where cost-efficient size reduction of hard, abrasive materials is concerned, the crushers represent the highest technical and manufacturing knowledge.

Jaw crushers are the oldest and one of the simplest sorts of rock crushers. A jaw crusher is like a giant collapsible V made out of two metal walls. At the bottom, the two walls are very close together and at the top they are further apart. The portable rock jaw crushers can crush all types of rock, including the hardest granite, brick, concrete and asphalt.

The impact crushers are used to crush medium-hard rock and softer rock materials like limestone. Impact crushers can be used also to process all recycling materials. The crushing capacities ranges from 10tph to 80tph.

Gyratory and cone crushers work in pretty much the same way, although they have slightly different designs. The rock falls into the top of a chamber with a spinning grinder at the bottom. Gyratory and cone crushers crush all types of rock but not always recycling materials.
