The standard configuration of the machine is a vertical turbine classifier, in which the pulverizing and classification can be completed synchronically through cooperation. The product fineness can be adjusted at will by frequency adjustment of the rotary speed. For instance, a processing flow needing the products with quite a few of particle sizes, two to four classifiers can be added on the basis of one classifier with standard configuration and make it into a two-five connection classifier of a pulverizing classifier.

The grinded pulp is fed into tank from the inlet in the middle of settlement region, and the slurry classification sedimentation area is under the inclined tank. The spiral with low speed rotation stirs the slurry, so that the fine particles rise, and the coarse particles sinks to the bottom of tank. Overflow weir is above the bearing center which is under screw shaft, and is underneath overflow end.

Our air classifiers, which include self-diffluent classifiers and multi-stage classifiers, are mainly used to sort materials by the combination of particle size, density and shape, etc.; and also used to wipe off impurities in powder materials. Specifically, air separators can be used for separating coarse materials in submicron powders and nano-powders.
