Aggregate Washing Equipment Sale

Aggregate washing equipment is a wheel washing equipment that cleans and separates dust and dust. The new sealing structure and reliable driving device ensure the effectiveness of cleaning. It is an efficient sand washing equipment matched with the sand making machine. Aggregate washing equipment is mainly used in construction sites, gravel plants and concrete dam sites of hydropower stations. It has the characteristics of high cleaning degree, reasonable structure, large capacity, low energy consumption and small loss of sand during washing. Therefore, the driving portion of the aggregate washing apparatus is separated from water and sand. Therefore, it has a lower failure rate than conventional washing equipment.

aggregate processing plant

Aggregate washing plant consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making equipment), vibrating screen, sand washing equipment, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is from 50t/h to 500t/h.You can also only use the Aggregate washing plant or the Aggregate washing equipment.

The efficient sand aggregate wash equipment series, which are developed on the basis of introducing foreign outstanding technology of the same kind of products, is a kind of cleaning equipment of international advanced level for sand and slag pellets.

aggregate spiral classifier

This spiral classifier is widely used with a ball mill to classify mineral sands, or classify ore sand and fine silt in gravity mill. It is also applied to classifying granularities in mineral separation and dewatering in ore washing.

Different types

Spiral classifiers mainly include four types. They are high weir type single spiral classifier, high weir type double spiral classifier, immersed type single spiral classifier and immerse type double spiral classifier. A spiral classifier is composed of a transmission device, spirals, tanks, elevator mechanism, a bottom support (bearing bush) and a discharging valve.
